This is the easiest way to fix it.
So firstly you need to download these two files

This is a Totorial How to fix it.
– Firstly You have to Install VC ( Visual C++ )
– Extract Latest USB Driver.zip
– Go to This PC
– Try to find left of the middle
– Right click on This PC
– Click on Properties
– Go to Device Manager
– Click on Other Devices
– Select Android or Your Device Name
– Right click on Android
– Click on Update Driver
– Select Browse Driver Option
– Select Let Me Pick Option
– Select Have Disk
– Go to Browse
– Choose where you putted USB Driver
– Select USB Driver File
– Select Android_winusb and Click Ok
– Install This Also
– Now a pop up open and again Click Install
– Now Your Your USB Driver success fully installed
– You see your USB Android Interface
– Now all Problem Fix
– Enjoy Your waiting for any Device or Command Prompt not open problem
