• Thank you a lot. I used this in many different etab 5 tablets, however, one of them erases the mac adress of WIFI file at every boot. Due I cannot fix its MAC adress. Is there anywhere else that stores mac address too? I may be erased NVRAM by repartitioning the MMC.

• help, i navigated to the directory root/data and there was no nvram folder or other folder inside it, and i tried to create one and created one in my internal storage and tried to move it there but it failed

• Its works for me but this solution is not the permanent once you reboot your device it will again show NVRAM wifi name and on every start up of Wifi my MAC Address keep changing.
