• When I move the time up, it is not replaced by the user logon. My screen just blurs, then after about 30 seconds, it loses the blur and the time is showing again

• When I drag up, I see my windows login picture and the spinning wheel as if I have already input login but I haven't. The rest of the screen is blurred out and when the wheel stops spinning, it kicks me back to the clock screen. I am unable to shift/click on power (takes me through the same loop). Any ideas. I can't find a way to boot in safe mode other than what you described (and I am unable to shift/click on power…sometimes I don't even see the power icon yo click). Any thoughts?

• When I click on my Lock Screen it just goes black and then go back to the Lock Screen

• After a long time, I still can't find my problem, my problem is not that but it is similar, once I created a Microsoft account to get a fresh start thinking of that, I didn't know it was gonna end up with a big issue, it was just stuck on just a moment on login screen where you put your password, I am not able to do something, the circle stays for 1 minute, then it is just a "Sign In" button I am just clicking it, and nothing happens, I tried "Shift + restart" it only shows me Startup Options, and nothing else like no Advanced options, I am so worried what to do, I can't find anything related with my problem, even safe mode don't work, idk what to do, Please help me!

  Edit: I have Windows 10, and that's the same Sign In button, I am facing with.

• it wont let me restart it. it keeps taking me back to where you drag up.

• Its not working after click f5 it say need to install software
