Lol, this was dumb. I was imagining all kind of stuff, including malware as all other keys work perfectly so there wasn't a hardware problem. Indeed, the FN+WINDOW key was what enabeled it again. The thing is that I've also thought about this combination and pressed FN+WINDOW multiple times and then tried to see if it works and had the chance to actually turn it off after pressing multiple times and so I thought that it's something else=)). If I would've pressed FN+WINDOW one more time (or just one time initially) I would've seen that it works again. Thanks!

Faaaaking gaming keyboard, some how that switch was turned off. Like I have no idea how it was moved. It was though and it turned off my windows key LOL! Such a simple fix, thank you! When I googled this problem other people want you to uninstall things and run DOS things, like wtf!
