According to the project’s website,

WEB IS THE WEB BROWSER FOR THE GNOME DESKTOP AND FOR ELEMENTARY OS, BASED ON THE POPULAR WEBKIT ENGINE.

sudo apt install flatpak

flatpak run org.gnome.Epiphany
