How to install Android ADB Drivers on 64-bit Windows 7, 8 and 10

Please note that if you’re using a 64-bit operating system, you’ll need to disable the driver signature enforcement security measure before installation, otherwise Windows will not install the ADB drivers. The reason for this is that the digital certificate for them has expired (it doesn’t affect the security or the functionality in any way).
