To install Packet Tracer:

Step 1: Check out the video below to install #Ubuntu 18.10 with VMware.

Step 2: Download the Packet Tracer for Linux to your computer from the link below.

Step 3: After downloading PT 7.2.1 for Linux, press Ctrl + Alt + T keys on your desktop to open the terminal and create a new folder and extract the setup file you downloaded to this folder.

Step 4: Then go to the folder you created and start the PT setup wizard by executing the install command. After installation, if you get a libpng12 error, download and install the related package on your system depending on the system you use.
