How to Install EVE-NG Community – Net Route Academy

In this video, I will guide you on how to install your first EVE-NG.

2.) Download Vmware and EVE-NG: 1:50

3.)Install EVE-NG: 3:00

✏️You may proceed to load the image of EVE-NG to start the installation.
To install it correctly, we should install the community version by logging in using.
Username: root
Password: eve

✏️Once done, you can enter the IP address from your eve-ng (Ex 192.168.50.146)
Log in using the following credentials
Username: admin
Password: eve

4.)Filezilla FTP to install IOL Image: 4:00

✏️Initially no image here, so once you have a copy of your own image.
Use Filezilla to transfer inside the EVE-NG path.

/opt/unetlab/addons/iol

5.)Fix Permission: 8:00

✏️ To use it, you need to fix the permission inside the CLI.

/opt/unetlab/wrappers/unl_wrapper -a fixpermissions
