How to install Google Chrome on Ubuntu 18.04 – Tutorial

In this short and easy Ubuntu tutorial we will show you how to easily download and install the Google Chrome browser on Ubuntu 18.04 ( Ubuntu Linux 18.04 code-named Bionic Beaver ). this tutorial about how to install Chrome on Ubuntu will also work on Ubuntu version 16.04 Debian Xenial and prior versions as well, in order to install Google Chrome on Ubuntu will will use a build it feature called the Terminal, in the Terminal you will be able to download and install Chrome using a special built in commands.

Here are the commands to use in this video:

1 – First, type this command and then press Enter:
sudo apt install gdebi-core

2 – This command will Download Google Chrome:
wget https://dl.google.com/linux/direct/google-chrome-stable_current_amd64.deb

3 – Install Google Chrome command:
sudo gdebi google-chrome-stable_current_amd64.deb

4 – Run Google Chrome command:
google-chrome
