How to install LIWAN wired 4G LTE cellular security camera
1. Paste the positioning sticker
2. Align the holes with the location of the sticker
3. Install the screws
4. Fix the base on the wall with screws
5. Mount the camera onto the base
6. Connecting the power supply
How to add the camera
1. Scan QR code to download UBox APP, open UBox APP to log in and click “Add Device”
2. Choose “Setup 4G Device”
3. Power the camera and make sure the blue light is solid
4. Scan the QR code on the camera
5. Connected successfully
6. Select the area
What should I do if I can’t connect successfully?
1. Ensure that the location where you have installed the camhera has a strong 4G mobile network.
2. Please check if your data plan has run out. If there is no remaining data, please top up your data in a timely manner.
3. After powering on, please wait for about 1 minute until the cornfirmation light stays blue continuously. Then, follow the steps on the 4th page to connect the camera to the network.
What should I do if the camera suddenly goes offline?
1. Please check whether your data plan has been run out.
2. Please confirm whether your device is out of battery. If not, please charge it.
3. Please check the 4G network signal. If you installed it in a closed space, it is recommended to test elsewhere.
4. Please reset the device and reconnect it.
5. Please contact the customer service team by email or within the app.

Does it support WiFi connection?
No, WiFi is not supported, only use 4G lte connection (built in 4G sim card).
Can the 4G security camera use private SIM cards?
No! The camera can only use the packaged SIM card. Using any other SIM card may not allow you to connect to the network and may even damage the device.
