1. Create a virtual server (00:04)
2. Set up the A record on CloudFlare DNS, untick the orange cloud, making it DNS Only. (01:46)
Toggle the “HTTP/3 (with QUIC)” switch to On.
3. Install Shadowsocks script (02:12)

4. Download and Unzip “Shadowsocks for Windows” (05:18)

5. Download xray-plugin for shadowsocks (05:43)
Unzip the file and rename it to xray-plugin.exe, move it to the “Shadowsocks for Windows” client’s installation directory
6. Add Shadowsocks-Go + QUIC server to “Shadowsocks for Windows” client (06:46)
