Installing Signal on Linux

On this video I want to show you how to install Signal on Kali Linux And Android
There are 2 way to install Signal on Kali Linux
1) Install from apt
2) Install by Snap

Installation Info:
1) Install from apt
NOTE: These instructions only work for 64 bit Debian-based
Linux distributions such as Kali Linux, Ubuntu, Mint etc.
1. Install Signal official public software signing key:
wget -O- https://updates.signal.org/desktop/apt/keys.asc |
sudo apt-key add –
2. Add Signal repository to your list of repositories:
echo “deb [arch=amd64] https://updates.signal.org/desktop/apt xenial main” |
sudo tee -a /etc/apt/sources.list.d/signal-xenial.list
3. Update your package database and install signal:
sudo apt update
sudo apt install signal-desktop

2) Installing by Snap:
This way is more easy you need to just write bellow command on your terminal:
sudo snap install signal-desktop

Installation on Kali Linux is Done And you can use Signal App on your Kali Linux.

Errors:
1)Running as root without –no-sandbox is not supported.
[11113:0113/205249.932988:FATAL:electron_main_delegate.cc(211)] Running as root without –no-sandbox is not supported. See https://crbug.com/638180.
Trace/breakpoint trap
you can just solve it by adding –no-sandbox at the end of signal-desktop command:
signal-desktop –no-sandbox
2)this application is not compatible with your device

3) If you can not find an app on google play you can see time 10:24 of this video
