How to remove “Activate Windows Go to PC settings to activate Windows” Watermark
Today we are going to see how to remove “Activate Windows Go to PC settings to activate Windows” watermark from your desktop in windows 8.1 which says “Activate Windows Go to PC settings to activate Windows”.
Its a pretty simple method. All you need to do is to Copy this text,
@echo off
taskkill /F /IM explorer.exe
explorer.exe
exit
paste it in the notepad.
While saving this select All Files from “File Types” and give the extension of “.bat”
Once you save it go to the saved location right click on it and click on run as administrator.
Restart the system and the watermark will be gone.
