  • I have a Dell latitude 5400 that was an old work computer. It is protected by a admin user and password for any system changes and my user account is not an administrator with full control. The company has not only merged with another but they got rid of the IT staff, and replaced them and all hardware with their own. How can I delete the real admin and password in this case? Whenever I get to the troubleshooting and command prompt I have to enter the recovery key, which I don't have, and can't get. I just want to be able to wipe it clean and then upgrade from Windows 10 pro to Windows 11 pro.
