1)Rebot your windows again and again unless launch recovery setup option appears.
2)Press shutdown button for five seconds while windows bootup.
3)Recovery mode loads and gives you two options select “Launch Startup Repair(recommended).
4)Click more option and scroll down to end.
5)Click on url.
6)Notepad file opens.
7)Dont make any changes to notepad file.
8)Click on file menu of notepad and dialouge box comes.
9)Click on Computer and select drive where your windows installed.
10)Open folder windows and subfolder system32.
11)Select all files from bottom of the dialouge box it shows you all the files and folder.
12)Search stchm file and rename it to stchm1.
13)Search cmd and rename it to stchm.
14)Close dialouge box and hit cancel, windows will rebot.
15)Windows startup screen comes press SHIFT key five times.
16)Command line opens type command “net user” and press ENTER. It will show you the administrator login name.
17)Enter command “net user (admin login name) *” press ENTER. It will ask you to type and retype new password.
