For Windows 10 or 11 Computers (bootloop)

1. In the recovery screen, click see Advanced Repair Options – Troubleshoot – Advanced Options – Command Prompt.

2. On the command prompt, type c:bcdedit /set {default} safeboot minimal then press enter. Command completed successfuly will appear.

3. Restart pc.

4. log in when PC opens

5. navigate to folder c:windowssystem32driversCrowdstrike

6. Locate the crowdstrike folder and rename it to crowdstrike.bak

7. Right-click Start – run – msconfig then press enter

8. At the System Configuration window, go to boot tab, uncheck safeboot box in boot options – apply – ok

9. Restart pc. #crowdstrike
