• It doesn’t work. When I click on reset, it ask you to install the window installation CD

• I restored the one I got. I got that SSD with Linux Mint and 8 gigs of RAM. I shoulda bought a diff CPU to replace this AMD one that's in it but oh well… This is probably the first time this computer has worked since like 2014 or 15.

• Hello I get my computer turned on. Then gives me options to restore , neither option works .this hp elite one computer tells me others are using this. I have no knowledge of this. I would factory reset this but the computer will not allow this , IS THERE ANY OTHER WAY TO FACTORY RESET THIS . The computer runs on Windows 11

• How can I update to a newer version of windows? This computer says it’s running windows 8.1 (rather pathetic I take it) I would like to update/upgrade to a newer windows operating system. Is that even possible? Lol

  choose the target operating system
  Windows 8.1 and when I click on that it says unable to reset PC a drive partition is missing. Can someone please give me feedback on that if possible?

• What do I do when it does not do the factory reset after following all these great instructions numerous times. It keeps going back to the previous setup. Leaving all files and programs I need to clear out. I have a 310. It has about 685 gigs on it and won't clean up to the factory settings. Just a bit frustrating.. Thanks for any input…
