• Thank you, I am a tech freak but this I didn't know. This was a serious saver for me, installing a whole bunch of apps and settings path variables then dual boot setup was surely a kick in the ass!

• Thank you sir, this really helped me, i updated my device driver, and it caused me problems in booting up, thankfully i created a restore point. I just followed this process in restoring and it worked.

• I did this on my HP desktop. Long press to turn off the computer, normal press to turn back on, then quick press to turn off when the logo appears, then normal press back on (since it didn't appear to be auto rebooting). I couldn't understand the press pattern on the video at first.

• Can confirm that this method still works and that it works for dekstops too. In a moment of absolute window licking stupidity I managed to uninstall a critical part of the OS, and in less than an hour I have everything back to normal. Thank you!
