How to setup a web server on VPS/VDS Ubuntu server, SSH file manager, SSH file upload, download

In this video i’m going to show the fast and easy way to setup a web server on VPS/VDS ubuntu server, when i start doing this by using command line it took me few days but with this software was so fast.
Steps:
1)Install java , no need if you all ready had it installed it on your computer
2) Double click SimpleSSH.jar
3) Go to config and enter your root details
4) Fallow the video instruction
Need your help if you are good in command line:
1) How to setup a mail sever in few steps
2) how to put content in file, echo and printf have restrictions like $&? we know need to add back slashes, but you know people are going to edit their files and no one know the content is going to save, we tried a loot of staff, maybe there is some kind a unknown command how to put content in file without backslashes, right know the process is put content in local file, upload it to server, replace the existing file, when save it take to long, need to minimise the time
