  • When i change my omv ip to static. The networking is working fine. But i can't access internet in the omv ( i tried installing portainer but it doesn't until the ip is set to static, but installs well if the ip is dchp).

Any idea to solve Internet break issue with static ip.

  • I have another problem, brother… While I've given my hostname for the server as 'mediaserver' and domain as local, it's detected in SSH, but I can't use the OMV control panel if I enter 'mediaserver.local' as the address. Help me with this, please!!

  • well, for me it just messed everything up. I cannot find my devic on the network anymore…

  • First off all thanks for the pi videos they are really helpful. I changed my pi ip to static using omv 5 but the plex which is installed on docker is unable to find server. Please help

  • Thanks for this and one of your earlier videos using terminal to configure wlan0 .Great videos.

  • Thank you, being searching for info on this for hours. Wasn't sure about gateway, very little info elsewhere on what to put here.
