In this video today we will see how to stop your iPhone from being tracked by different applications and websites with the help of the IP address of your phone. Now we will limit IP address while your phone is being connected with either Wi-Fi and cellular data both. Go to settings. Go to Wi-Fi. Tap on the “i” icon here and if you go down there is an option here limit IP address tracking. So once you limit it then what happens is it will hide your IP address from unknown trackers in mail and Safari. So your phone won’t be tracked with the help of the IP address. So this will be in the case when you are connecting to internet by using Wi-Fi. But if you are connecting to the internet by using cellular data then what you do go to settings again. Go to Cellular. Go to cellular data options. Here also make sure that you enable this option limit IP addresses tracking so your phone won’t be tracked by websites or by other applications.
