  • Hi dear today while attempting my cka exam for first question only i got error i never enter single command on terminal. I told my instructor i got error and he told need technical support which type of support you want so i told chat and one agent connected in chat and he told i am checking issue while it take 15 minutes and suddenly what happen not understand everything close😢 and i am not able to connect anyone and i got survey for fill .i am shocked 😲 my one attempt wasted in exam page where it showing one blue dot. So i decided to rise tickets i created 4 tickets and so may comments added qnd now waiting for reply 🙃. Feeling very sad if i gaven exam i got n idea of env questions n everything but now don't know they will give me chance or not😢

  • Just a suggestion regarding PSI bridge:
    try to use Windows 10/11 or macOS with latest patches installed for exam env.
    that way your exam will be disturbance free and you can attempt it seamlessly, felt like they have just updated the software to support properly.
    And regarding asking for support:
    First follow as mentioned in the video,
    1. try calling PSI support, they will try their best to solve.
    2. else open a ticket at training support of linux foundation.
    Don't panic regarding when it'll resolve, just for your information…it can take as long as 7 days or even as fast as 1 day…but your problem will be addressed for sure, and you won't lose your attempt. Those having a deadline issue please note that your day of opening the ticket will be considered and not the day it is being resolved!

  • Mam, within how many days did Linux foundation reply you?
    I had some similar problems couldn't launch the psi browser and had to log a ticket

    Thanks for the video.
    This video is helpful but in my case the psi browser didn't launch smoothly at all. It kept on becoming unresponsive every other minute due to which I couldn't even get past first question. I spent around 6 hours in the entire process. Even if I take second attempt, any idea how to ensure that browser issues are not there.

  • Mam today I have given my cka exam firstly the psi browser got down and my exam stopped. After solving the psi issue when the exam is re-started it shows me 20 minutes . I have contacted the psi technical support and they said you have to reschedule it and raise the ticket on the cncf portal. I have raised the ticket and am waiting for the response. Any other technical support number do you know .

  • They respond after 48 hours but schedule button is not working even after 30 minutes . Did you get the same questions as the first attempt!?

  • Thanks for sharing this experience. Contacted the hotline number but no response.
    I faced a similar experience while giving CKA. After 1 hour of the exam, the remote desktop started frequently disconnecting, and no control over the mouse scroll. Raised ticket with support. Almost 70% of questions were solved and suddenly no control over the terminal. Spend 10-15 min in discussion with support. Awaiting suport response. Extremely painful experience when you are just about to finish the exam.

  • Hello Vidhita, first of thanks for sharing this valuable info. I have faced an issue during the exam in which proctor wasn't able to see my screen. therefore I had to raise a ticket in a similar way
    but it's been more than 48 hours I haven't received any response from the. What should I do?

  • I've faced same issue today while writing CKAD exam , I've reported to proctor , he asked me to call to that number, and suggested to wait for their mail as he sent a mail to them already . And i aslo raised a ticket in Linux foundation . Please help me out is this enough . I stopped writing exam when I 've 60 minutes remaining , coz it's keep on disturbing me .
