Either burn it to a CD with Brasero or write to USB memory stick with UnetBootin.

Boot loader Commands:
sudo sed -i ‘s/GRUB_TIMEOUT=10/GRUB_TIMEOUT=0/’ /etc/default/grub
sudo update-grub
