How to Update an Ubuntu Virtual Machine Tutorial
I explain how to update ubuntu 20.04 on virtualbox. This is a guide on how to update your ubuntu operating system virtual machine. Basically after installing ubuntu on virtualbox, you will need to update it to the latest software so that it can run and install programs. You will need internet enabled in your virtual machine settings. Click software updater and it will automatically update ubuntu. You will also need to update applications in software manager as these applications are also required to install and use programs like chrome on ubuntu.
Next video I will talk about how to install virtualbox guest additions on ubuntu virtual machine. This allows the resolution to be changed and allows you to setup a shared folder.
Some helpful hotkeys are right ctrl which brings your mouse to the host computer and right ctrl + f which switches to fullscreen mode.
