After you set a static IP, Windows 11 will always have a fixed IP, allowing you to install and use file sharing, FTP, or remote desktop applications on Windows 11.

This was the one thing that fixed mine . (For others) in my router (Asus) I had to change IPV6 = Native to Passthrough because I had bridge mode set on my Cable modem from ISP.
