I was gettong so scared. Ive been using rhe same outlet on my power strip at work for my laptop, and none of these steps was doing anything. I changed the outlet and now its working. Thanks anyways i will remember these for the future

In my case was the Clock CMOS Battery 3V error. I removed and back to work fine
I was playing Roblox I forgot to plugin my HP laptop and it died but every thing was plugdin and it was a black screen
