Hey, please don't give up on doing this. As HTC is starting to make it impossible to flash a firmware, and/it radio, then downgrade if update sucks , and not hard brick. Getting fed up with HTC. Thanks mass for your service and genius.

My phone take exactly 2 minutes to boot after restart, doest it mean is bricked? Oh i own a htc evo 4g.
