    #1. Disconnect power to the unit.
    #2. Take off cover to reveal coils that resemble the radiator of a car or truck. Or they also look like tiny ribbon candy layered over one another A LOT.
    #3. Take some all purpose cleaner or simple green is a great option, even windex diluted with some warm
    water. Dont use any crazy harsh chemicals. Just pick something and put it in a spray bottle and spray the coils a little bit keeping an eye on where the liquid is flowing and make sure the drain pipe or hose that its going into is clear and it can drain properly because your going to spray the hell out of the coils.
    #4. After spraying the coils good and heavy let it sit for 3 mins and then spray it again a little bit not nearly as much as before then wait another 2 mins.
    #5. Try and find a pressurized container like a pump sprayer or even a garden hose and use some water to clean off the coils. Rinse off all the residue that comes off as much as possible.
    DO NOT USE ANYTHING TO BRUSH THE COILS! DONT TRY TO SCRUB WITH ANYTHING!
    Rinse off dirt as best as possible and repeat if necessary but DO NOT SCRUB OR USE ANYTHING TO TRY AND CLEAN it will be fatal to your unit. If you have to go buy a pump sprayer to hose of the dirt but thats about it .
    Fan blades can be cleaned of possible and other dirt and dust in unit can be carefully cleaned but dont do what this idot is doing and bang it with a stick lol
