• i played on legacy 4j and never got banned. i think the modpack actually has a mod that brings back the old combat system

• It's understandable, Hypixel is meant to work on vanilla Java only, so anything that remotely changes how java works would not be supported by them.

  If I was in their place I also wouldn't want to rewrite my anticheat for the couple of people wanting to use controllers that aren't officially supported.

• Hi! not sure if you are misenterpreting legacy4j but it itself does not add bedrock's bridging mechanics as they are bedrock only. not on legacy editions, although it does change many things that could be automatically thought cheats

• Funny how a lot of Bedrock players go through a lot of trouble to join Java servers. Meanwhile I just wish I could play on the Hive from Java. Why? Because Bedrock crashes a lot while playing

• The reason they got banned on Bedrock on Hypixel is because Geyser does not emulate Java movement or functionality, it just allows people to join and play. Bedrock movement is different than Javas which will set off the anti-cheat and ban them

• I want legacy4j to be worked on more its so awesome and if they add the minigames then its perfect

• Use the controllify mod – im quite sure it has a configuration to have movement on controllers to be like keyboard
  basically controllers can move in all directions, and keyboards can only can only move in 8 which i assume why its flagging, and i dont think the mod changes anything else
  There could also be more movement stuff related to the legacy4j mod or other stuff it changes, im not sure.

• Honestly not surprised. Imo Hypixel has always been one of those servers that you just shouldn't join with mods unless you know for a fact that it's allowed on Hypixel. It's to the point where I have a whole separate setup in Prism Launcher for Hypixel!

• I played on hypixel via geyserconnect and i got banned After just 5 seconds. It was permanent, but the anticheat thought that my Account was hacked and i got it back. Hand to wait 14 days to „change my Passwords“ but at least i got it unbanned.

• Yeah… I played hypixel on legacy4j and I got banned. It was totally fine for 10 minutes and after I relogged I got instantly banned (also I got denied after 30 minutes)

• The Re-Console modpack used to have the Golden-Age Combat mod enabled, which increases all hitbox sizes by 10%, I don't know if that is still the case

• I would HIGHLY recommend you not try to play Hypixel on bedrock as people have been banned from Hypixel that way.

• Controller lags you back now on Hypixel and other Bedwars servers when you use mods like controllable or midnight controls, etc.

• I believe that the title is too misleading and clickbait-y, also Legacy4J DOES change how things work outside of just interface, Your head turns with minecarts/horses, block placing is faster (that generally bans people from servers), and it changes how flight works in game. To be fair, block placing being faster with this mod enabled is considered an unfair advantage. Its almost like using the Accurate Block Placement mod.

  The people at the Legacy4J server have seen reports of bans for 30 days. In my opinion, these are fair reasons on Hypixel's end as to why they have banned people using the Legacy4J mod. Even if it wasn't in malicious intent, if they appealed every person saying that they were just using the Legacy4J mod, it would be a mess when people who are genuinely hacking are using that excuse.

• It's because you're playing on bedrock edition, if it's a Launcher like Pojav Launcher you won't get banned.

• Some of the information on this server is incorrect, the anticheat is flagging becuase even the movement is different using the mod, I dont know why but i did some testing on anticheats such as vulcan and even just walking around flags the anticheat. This should be obvius. You shouldnt need a disclamer for things like this. Please make atleast a pinned comment or pin this comment to atleast explain why this is haoppening rather than blaming hypixel for doing something that flags anticheat. There is no way to tell that the user was banneed for using legacy4j, for all they know the user was using movement cheats which is why the appeal was insta-denied. This dosent come with any negativity towards you but could you do some research and testing before uploading?
