  • Amazon is pretty awful these days, really have to watch what your buying and who you are buying it from.

  • I own a Gateway Creator Series gaming laptop im happy with it.

  • As a gateway enjoyer that introduced me to laptop gaming…leave them alone man they’re trying lol I bought the gateway creator laptop that came with a GTX2060 and let me tell you almost 3 years later and I’ve played every new major game without a problem. I’m currently playing MK1 on my laptop and my runs of cyberpunk and BG3 have been awesome.

  • I saved some money on my laptop by going with a used one on Amazon. Right around 300USD for a Ryzen 5 5500u. Shipped with 8GB RAm and a 256GB NVMe, but those are upgradeable it's now at 32gb RAM and 1TB nvme, pretty nice for what's really a secondary system and honestly overkill for its primary use case, which is homework on the rare occasions I'm not home. But the price was right, at the time it was about 200 off the price of a new one of this model.

  • with this video i'm starting to appreciate more my hp laptop at least I didn't get scammed by those cheap amazon laptops

  • I'm honestly surprised gateway even came up. I didn't think they were still in business. Last time I had a gateway was when my parents bought one for me to use…. 23 years ago. It was a full size tower with a pentium III and came with a printer and a monitor all matching.

  • old gateway laptop are good but the ones now nah I'd rather get a secondhand Dell latitude or Lenovo ThinkPad for $100 to $150

  • Spelling errors on the package are always a good sign.😂

  • Love the content man can I just have one of those laptops 😂😂 ill take em off your hands

  • So, are they better than Chromebooks? Basically are Chromebooks?

  • Im not going to lie I have a strong inclination that the random Ryzen is one of them "embedded APU SOC" mostly used for commercial equipment. Minus the GPIO.

  • I would look in the bios and see if some of the cores are disabled for some reason.

  • They didn't scam you in the processor in the first laptop. You needed to install Ryzen Master and restart the device. This sometimes happens to ryzen cpus when booting up for the first time without Ryzen Master.

  • It’s a shame. I really liked gateway’s product 10 years ago. Their logo and name really stood out to me. I would like to see them make a comeback with solid products. If they’ve managed to stick around for this long, I’m sure they could afford to make something more consumable.

  • Should donate some of these crap laptops to us less fortunate that need them 😀

  • you want atleast 4 gigs of ram for internal video card.

  • The first laptops body was literally the same as an ideapad gaming 3s body.
