The sledgehammer is so hard to use in the beginning of the game, but when you invest points in it, it’s in a great weapon. The stamina usage decreases, and the swing speed increases as you level it up

Why dont u boil ir Walter? Doble drinks amount and have no chances to dysentery. U have 2 pots in one of ur storage. I think u could be on desert or snow this time… But in snow ll be heally hard with no Guns… Another thing molotovs and bombs are Fair play. 😀 .

Until your game stage gets to a certain point, feral zombies that spawn at night will die at dawn. That was the dead zombie you found in the morning; a night spawned feral zombie.
Melee weapons are balanced differently from guns and explosives. If you don't have points in a weapon skill, the stamina use is crippling. Sledgehammers, clubs and spears are not bad, but you MUST invest in their skill trees or you won't have the stamina to use them. It's why I keep harping about those Biker boots, coffee and beer. Melee weapons also have perks to increase speed, which you need for sledgehammers and stun batons.
