We are very much looking forward to talk to Dragan Barbutovski, Country Director for the British Council in Slovenia. He was Spokesperson for Dr. Erhard Busek in his role as the Special Co-coordinator of the Stability Pact for South Eastern Europe and Spokesperson of the Slovenian EU Presidency 2008.
