In this speedtest we compare using one and two OMNI-292 Cellular Antennas for 4G/LTE.
Tjeerd Huitema, MD Poynting Europe GmbH, did LTE speedtests, using Poynting outdoor antennas during the COVID-19 lockdown. He did these tests using a Cradlepoint router and the OMNI-292 Cellular Antennas from Poynting.
Customers often ask if using 2 antennas for LTE or 4G really makes a difference? In this test he compares using 1 x OMNI-292 vs 2 x OMNI-292s over a very congested 4G/LTE network in Poland.
These tests were done from his home close to to Czarny Las
about 40 kms from Warsaw. Tests were done using the Orange network in Poland.
Please note that these tests were done in April 2020, during the COVID-19
lockdown when networks were very slow due to congestion.
