Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server | Design & Deployment GUIDELINES
You can find out, how to configure an incoming mail server and outgoing mail server. I’ve gone over the Mail Server Setup Requirements, Design, and Deployments in great detail. This video is a detailed guideline.
To reduce load and processing time, we must follow multiple mail server deployment rules if we need to handle a large amount of incoming and outgoing mail every day. Separating inbound and outbound email operations with a distinct incoming mail server and an outgoing mail server is a very beneficial method. A single point of failure can occur if both functionalities coexist in a single mail server. Both inbound and outbound emails will fail if the service is down or the IP address is blacklisted, for example. Because their functionalities differ, incoming mail server configurations differ from outbound mail server settings. Other services such as POP/IMAP and Webmail may be included in an incoming mail server. Because the incoming mail server is an MX Server, it receives and holds inbound emails and must also provide email access services to the users. The outgoing mail server, on the other hand, handles just outbound emails and serves as an SMTP server for the users. The primary objective of an outgoing server is to send emails; it does not handle any other user actions. However, anti-spam functionality can be added to both the incoming and outgoing mail servers to scan emails while they are being sent and received.

Your video is very relevant to my recent needs, I'm trying to deploy Postfxi and Dovecot on two different servers, I got on Goolge that I need to use LMTP to connect them, but I'm having a lot of problems with the deployment process, would you be interested in a tutorial?
Sir, please let me know if you do provide online classes ..
The best Mail Server video instructions on the internet by far. Bought Udemy course but that was not as comprehensive as this. Keep it up and we love you.
