Install Apache Cassandra Multinode | Part 2 | How to Install CentOs 7 | Scratch
Welcome to Apache Cassandra Installation from Scratch part 2.
Apache Cassandra™ is a massively scalable NoSQL database.Cassandra’s technical roots can be found at
companies recognized for their ability to effectively manage big data – Google, Amazon, and Facebook – with
Facebook open sourcing Cassandra to the Apache Foundation in 2009.
In this part , I will demonstrate ,what are the essential softwares for configuring
apache cassandra multinode on single machine.
We need to download below softwares :-
1. CentOs 7 ISO
http://isoredirect.centos.org/centos/7/isos/x86_64/CentOS-7-x86_64-DVD-1511.iso
We will install CentOs 7 DVD ISO latest version.
