Install & Configure VNC Server for Minimal Ubuntu MATE Desktop in Ubuntu 16.04

In this video I demonstrated how to install and configure vnc server for minimal ubuntu mate desktop on Ubuntu 16.04. This tutorial should also work on Debian 9 stretch. I used vnc4server for this demo.
