Installing Cactus Preview 2021.01.06 and attempting to Dualboot with Windows 7

Today, because why not, I attempt to install the Cactus Preview 2021.01.06 and dualboot it with Windows 7 on a laptop. SPOILER in case you dont want to waste ~24 minutes of your time: Both dualbooting and even getting Cactus to install alone did not work.
