Installing Ubuntu alongside Windows (both encrypted) with no USB flash drive

This works with Ubuntu 24.04. Older releases require a bit more work

Command to set time properly:
timedatectl set-local-rtc 1

Remember to write down your Bitlocker key as a precaution.
