Do all Linux users just hate razors? Or does Linux promote facial hair growth?
Just about all Linux channels I watch have facial hair aka beards.
My guess is too busy futzing on a command line installing packages to shave…
me: lemme see what linux is about
*sees intro to linux video being 6 hours long
me: my mac and windows ain’t so bad
You have performed a great service for Microsoft and Apple, successfully deterring many more people from adopting Linux with this scary video.
Hi, Can I backup themes, my applications or system preferences on any cloud platform? (Like a Google Play Store. So, when I format and install Linux O.S. on my pc then I want to restore my desktop and application from cloud platform. I don't want to install each program.)
I enjoyed listening to this on 0.5x speed for a few hours on loop while also listening to other long lectures at the same speed on various devices placed throughout my office.
This is not beginner friendly. No in-depth explanation.

this tutorial is so bad. the guy just talks and talks and it never even shows any images or animations to keep interests alive. I don't know if this is just high-level information but I did not understand anything from this EVEN though I kept notes and have written down the important parts and tried to visualize, simplify and fractionate it in my head. After all it seems like the guy is just reading from a long-ass script and not even trying to visualize anything. I slept three times during the first 24 minutes. Please try to make the tutorial understandable and more interesting, more concrete and less abstract WITH more animations and images AND better explaining some important and significant terms.
1:14:59 At this moment, he wanted to tell us something very important. What exactly? We will never know. Damn you editor! =D
is that all about Linus or Ubuntu??? You did not work in Linux … why
I like openSushi
Thank you for creating this. Microcrap just installed its latest update and required I update information. I'm done with it.
I use Arch, you know .. 😀
1:15:01 however what? xD
I will learn from a human being that stood out side introducing himself and this course in a drizzling snow environment 😂
Finally, now that I have finished this video, I can install Mint.
This is hard to understand
just strted and your intro so far hasn't mentioned parrot or kali , i'm wondering if they are not versions of linux
wow!! you guys r on a roll!! May Allah Bless you all for all your efforts!! ^^
Awesome course, man!! I went through a Linux course focused on Fedora in college, but this course really helped round out my knowledge & fills in the gaps by approaching the same method from different distributions (which do things a bit different). Well done!
lost, I was just wondering if there is anything that I can do to build this on
Can you please split it into multiple chapterwise videos consolidated in a plylist?
Ugh this app sucks
I've never thought I would someday see Steve Jobs teaching me how to use Linux.
but where is the link for the text-book 🥲
i bought steam deck thats why iam here 😅
Uh oh. Here we go. Buckle up.

I have always imagined that the word Debian was pronounced like Debbian, but you pronounce it like Deebian. Should I change or will I be understood by members of the general Linux community if we happen to speak to each other rather than use text? Will they laugh at me or call me a nubie?
That’s a lot of ads for a sponsored video!
is there article for this course?
Paduchiosule
I usually watch most videos at 2X speed. I had to watch this one at .5 lol.
I guess the RHEL segments didn't age well in the past couple of months. I haven't finished watching this, but I am finding it quite interesting. A lot of work, and nicely done.
God bless!!! ❤
Those who don't really use Linux GUI, but only want to learn necessary commands on the terminal, you can skip to Chapter 7 instead.
Do you guys have a unix full course video?
really apprecieate this video, but when i wanted to download it to save for later, i DID NOT expect it to be 24GB
