IPv4 – Subnetting in Action – Part 2
When using Variable Length Subnet Masking, it is important to put your subnets in decreasing order, otherwise subnetting will fail. In this second video in the series, I show you why this is important, as we deliberately make a mistake and see what happens.
Subnetting is a very big part of IPv4, and in order to become proficient at it, it’s important to first understand why it is required, and how it works.
