IPv6 has become an important topic in the network world as IPv4 pools diminish and the use of application-breaking NAT rises. The Neutron IPv6 Sub-team was formed to provide feature-parity between IPv4 and IPv6, and to extend OpenStack’s capabilities where IPv6 provides new features.
