I had the honor of attending Snowflake’s Data Cloud Summit and Databricks’ Data and AI Summit in June 2024. Although I wrote my blog on Snowflake Summit (link is in the comments) and am soon to publish my Databricks DAIS 24 blog, I am constantly being asked about my views on both these events.
So, here is a compilation of everything I learned from these two events. In fact, I have also added my views on the recent OpenAI acquisition of Rockset.
