What if your MAC address is not able to be changed? It does not allow me to change it.

Hi. I am having issues connecting my Samsung to Wi-Fi. Samsung technician wait it is a MAC address problem. How do I solve this please. The MAC address is showing 0000.

Apparently someone has the same max address as me. How do I get a new one??? I can’t get a subscription because of this issue
