Just an average, slightly fast Windows 7 startup on a 13 year old laptop

Hello and welcome to the start of this new series, where I’m trying to get the fastest startup time on my different devices, starting with my Dell Latitude E6320 from 2011 running Windows 7 Professional Service Pack 1 (build 7601), also from 2011. This is with all updates and not optimised. Slightly fast, not really lol

Here are the specs of the laptop:
Chassis: Magnesium and aluminium alloy construction
Processor/CPU: Intel Core i5-2520M vPro (2.5Ghz, turbo boost up to 3.10Ghz)
Chipset: Intel Sandy Bridge 32nm (2011)
Graphics (integrated): Intel HD Graphics 3000
SSD: Crucial MX500 250GB 6Gbps SATA
Network: Intel Centrino Advanced-N 6205 Dual band (300Mbps, WiFi), Intel 82579LM Gigabit Ethernet
USB: 1x USB 2.0, 1x USB eSATA/2.0 combo
Speakers: 2x 0.5W IDT High Definition audio
Others: Optical drive, ExpressCard bay, Smart card bay, backlit keyboard. VGA, AUX, Mini HDMI, K-slot, removable battery, dock serial port
