OK, but why?
Screen service does a few other things… I can't be bothered to remember what they are (or look them up)… So, beware, or whatever.
Bro – tears of joy over here!
You just boosted my productivity immensely: I'm doing some web dev on an Ubuntu VM, and the 800×600 display was driving me nuts!!!
Thanks so much… 👊🏾😄
FINALLY! Thank you <3
Thank you ❤️
Dont use it in a VM, use it on your main PC xD
Awesome. Thanks!
Duuuuude! U Rock! I was always wondering wth was going on! Thank You!
how to fix this if you are using a linux host: use qemu/kvm with virtio display drivers. amazing graphics performance for linux guests, works out of the box and it resizes with your window. There is absolutely no reason to use virtualbox or vmware when virtualizing linux ON linux.
This kind of video what new users need ..please make more videos like this
Really like Linux content on shorts.
i cannot make 1080p resolution appear in my debian 11 🙁 could someone help me? i've already used the xrandr commands 😛
I just recently encountered this in SteamOS in a VM 😀
Did you know, there are VM ware Keys on github …
Why are you using win11?
I Came across the same problem and solution a month or two ago, also with kubuntu. I don't remember where I got the fix info but I can confirm it works.
