Kops for Openstack

Since 2016 there have been a lot of tools to choose from to deploy Kubernetes on Openstack. I have moved from tools such as Heat and Kubespray to writing support in for Kops. This push was driven by a desire for concepts which AWS and GKE have employed for awhile, instance groups. Instance Groups have given us the ability to isolate environments in Openstack, as well as better bin pack our nodes.
