Router is constantly disconecting. WIFI led is flashing when Internet LED stays on and then they just turn off and i lose signal and then they flash again. Does it need 3G usb modem to work from sim card or what?

the router is good but not option on router WiFi switching on or off I changed option for 4g only and speed increases about 5 mbs only .
If there is a power cut, does the on/off button reset or will the unit reboot automatically without the need to be switched on manually?
Can you please tell me if I can power this router with a 9v battery instead of electricity
