  Trust you are well, please I have a question i would want you to shed lights on if you have such information.

  I have a friend who is on a one year study visa in the UK, just 4 months before her visa expires, she was notified by the school that she have a course to retake which will require a visa extension, on the other hand with thoughts that she was through with school, her employer was ready to be her sponsor (COS). my questions are, will the visa extension get in the way of the sponsorship the employer wants for her or not if she decides to retake the course?
  If she decides not to retake the course and withdraw from school, how long does she have before the employer complete the COS process and what are the implications of this?

• They can't remove it now lol. They are very dependent on international students fees. Universities are already suffering from the no dependent from student.

• All these is in favor of the UK Government because the students will still pay the Universities and the UK government for the graduate visa of course. And what happens after the two years graduate visa???? It doesn't make sense after all.

• Before going to abroad for education check economic conditions of that country otherwise you will trapped under education loan.

• They're trying to close down Graduate Visa route when Graduates pay taxes and contribute to society while on the other hand, they accept asylum seekers from all parts of the world without any sort of rules against it. Yes the Rwanda Scheme is on now but how effective is it really?

• MAC is just recommending, final decision belongs to the Government. It's election year and I assume this government will take every single measure which was prescribed earlier in their manifesto in order to satisfy their vote bank. Fingers crossed 🤞

• This is just the MAC report of a survey they have done of 2k odd students in a few universities, this does not reflect the true picture. They have no access to HO and HMRC data on earnings and the scale of visa abuses.
