  • Just saw that video going around with these guys drinking and lifting..like what 🥴😂

  • Shut up Dr wrong. Drinking is awesome. Lifing is awesome. Life while you drink awesome squared

  • People will do whatever it takes to justify using something as much as they want, despite knowing how bad it is for them and that it’s killing their gains. Ultimately, you have to just learn to give it up. I did that with suboxone and vaping recently. Suboxone shot my test into the ground and vaping just made it impossible to breathe when working out/doing cardio.

  • It's one of the most overrated things in society…

  • well good think I don’t drink and only smoke cigs and weed and drink coffee and stay up to late …

  • I miss alcohol soo much. It was my crutch for a decade. I just hate being fat more than I love alcohol

  • I drank for 4 days in a row did not go gym gym for 3 weeks and only lost 10kg on my bench working sets. It depends how good of a genetics u got

  • Haven't had a drink in about 15 years, unfortunately I was a heroin junkie, hit 6 years clean in December

  • BAD… BAD…. BAD! BAD 👎 BAD!!!! feels like im listening to a dog owner after their pup crapped on the couch 😂😂

  • I never drank alcohol in my life (also never smoked or used drugs, of course) and people regularly argued about that (but compliments too), often telling moderate drinking (which they never did, but I digress) is healthier than not drinking at all.
Which I already dismissed as nothing but balderdash and shicanery more than 35 years ago.
And now, at 50 years of age, I still look like I'm in my early 30s, with the body of a 25 years old weightlifter.
    Who's laughing now?! 🙃✌️
Of course there's more, like genes, regularly working out, avoiding too much stress, skincare/sun protection, etc., but I still think it's very likely playing a significant part as well.

  • The dehydration pictured had me hollering

  • Bro has never stepped foot on a military installation you got buff as dudes doing handstand leg chugs, throwing kegs around, all before morning PT whether it is a ruck or group lift. These dudes are still shredded or bulky lean ish.

  • I get drunk asf during the holidays & the occasional outing. It is what is.

  • 30 days sober 🙏 not in a row just in general

  • You have to use steroids instead like this guy. Good.

  • Well.. I gotta have some beers with the homies. It’s new years eve after all.

  • Meanwhile some bums been drinking heavy for 30plus years and better levels than me who is clean

  • Explain alcohol if it disrupts what your body wants to destructively do to itself with an autoimmune disease. Oh it cuts off recovery and repair? Good. Because with an autoimmune your system is literally eating your organs and joints because your immune system is cross-wired and thinks it's killing something bad that's actually your own body, gotta shut that shit down to live, fuck you immune system.

  • If you dont drink, dont ever try drinking boys. Only do it if youre forcrd to in very important situations. Don’t actively seek it. Alchol addiction is a real thing you dont want to mess with.

  • 9 months sober, 9 months clean, 9 months addicted to the gym, still going strong

  • 3-4 or more???? I drink more than that daily, let alone days i actually get drunk
