LF Energy Makes It Easy For Energy Companies To Innovate And Collaborate | Antonello Monti

SOGNO is an open source project, initially funded by the Horizon 2020 initiative by the European Union, is now part of the Linux Foundation Energy project. The project Service-based Open-source Grid automation platform for Network Operation of the future (SOGNO) is creating plug-and-play, cloud-native, micro-services to implement the next generation of data-driven monitoring and control systems.

Antonello Monti, Professor at the RWTH Aachen University will be talking about the project at the LF Energy Spring Summit. In this special interview for the summit, Prof. Monti talks about the project, how open source is driving modernization and innovation in the energy sector and what role is the Linux Foundation playing in this transformation.
